This can include stretching, cupping, Active Release techniques, PNF Stretching, compression, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.

Cancellation Policy

If appointment is cancelled without 24 hour notice prior to appointment time or is a no-show you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee, which is non-refundable. To avoid cancellation fee, please reschedule or cancel 1 day prior to your appointment.
