Fulltime athlete or an exercise enthusiast? Sports Massage is for you. Sports massage is a massage technique that targets specific regions of the body that are in need of rehabilitation or comfort. This can include stretching, cupping, Active Release techniques, PNF Stretching, compression, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.

Cancelation Policy

If appointment is cancelled without 24 hour notice prior to appointment time or is a no-show you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee, which is non-refundable. To avoid cancellation fee, please reschedule or cancel 1 day prior to your appointment.
